This stunning Blanc de Blancs was noted as a favourite of Jancis Robinson (world-renowned author and Master of Wine) when she completed a tasting, commenting on the “tiny but steady bubbles and fine, delicate nose. Like a very intense brush, revitalising the palate.”Comprised entirely of Chardonnay grapes (Ludes, Rilly La Montagne and Vavray), the name is derived from the surprising ageing potential and robust aromas that the grapes from this area offer. This Cuvee has matured for 4-5 years in our cellar.
“On the nose, you experience a lovely, fresh aroma of Hawthorn lemon notes. The mouth is creamy, full-body, giving it a balanced finish, ending on a fresh note. Characteristically charming and delicate, this Champagne can be enjoyed as an aperitif or with fresh fish.”
